…Learning the Science for Sustainable Health & Happiness The Livin' Lean Lessons consist of a series of online self-study and interactive group courses that will teach you the key principles for successful and sustainable weight loss and healthy weight management. The courses take you through a body, mind and lifestyle “detox”. The steps to natural weight loss success that I teach in "The Livin' Lean Lessons" have been laid out to you in an easy to follow formula. Through various assessments, techniques and applied practices, you will create a more balanced philosophy regarding food, eating and your weight. You will go through the exact same process you would if we visited at the office, but with the convenience of being able to join the program from anywhere. Best of all, you have the opportunity to join a wonderful community of women that will support you on your wellness adventure.
The Earth and Water Wellness Institute takes a holistic approach when it comes to nutrition. This means no calorie counting, no point counting, and no "one-size-fits-all" diet. We promote the consumption of wholesome foods and the elimination of processed food products that contribute to disease. You will learn holistic-based diet and lifestyle choices that help you to lose weight naturally. A lot of clients are surprised at how the weight fell off when they follow a more "green" diet and weren't even trying to drop the pounds.
Whether you choose the "self-guided" lessons or to join a guided group telecourse offered throughout the year or the interactive immersions, you have the opportunity to receive additional TLC through The Livin' Lean Community (TLLC). The Livin' Lean Community is for women that appreciate the support of like-minded women and additional guidance from the team of Wellness Guides. Tips and tools will be provided regarding the top areas people get stuck in during their weight loss adventure. But you do not have to become a Community Member to enroll in the courses. If you are a self-motivated individual and would just like to soak in the information, simply complete the enrollment process and you will receive access to the online classroom of your choice (starting with Food Foundations) and that’s it, but for some, that is all you need. You will be on your way to wellness and weight loss. By the way, if you are enrolled in the self-study course, you can join the community at any point along the way, even after completing the course, for some continuing education! |

Everyone must build a strong foundation with the Food Foundations course; after completion of that course, your Wellness Guide will help direct you in the best direction to go from there.
