For anyone that has struggled with food and eating, this is the program to guide you to a place of peace and freedom, no longer imprisoned by negative thoughts and feelings when it comes to food and your moods.

It's Time to Make Peace...

Whole-self well-being is, in part, the result of a harmonious flow of energy between our physical and mental selves.  When this flow is thrown out of balance for any reason, the body and mind react to one another rather than act cooperatively.  

Acute trauma or chronic, ongoing stress, sadness, anxiety, excitement, and fear can and will eventually overwhelm the cerebral self, causing chronic stress and emotional overwhelm.  

The body responds by taking steps to dispel this negative energy and expressing it by means of physical symptoms such as illness, inflammation, fatigue or disease.

In some cases, these symptoms can simply be allowed to run their natural course and recovery will come about naturally.  However, in most instances, health and wellness can only be restored by a dual course of action that acknowledges both the physiological effects of the stress response and the underlying emotional causes.

  • Six 60 minute educational sessions, which include goal setting and action plan  design 
  • Check-ins and personal assessment reviews
  • a personalized Guidebook with session notes, handouts and worksheets
  • Healthy living (and thinking) materials 
  • "Tasting" clinics and Mindful Eating techniques    
  • Recipes and cooking tips for mood makeovers      
  • Techniques for meditation and relaxation    
  • Group support between sessions      
  • An optional Sustainable Celebration to Celebrate Your Successes! 

Each session builds on the last. The sessions are set up so that they challenge you to open up in new ways and learn to love all the parts of yourself. What is amazing about this kind of program is that everyone has something to learn and ways to grow that they may never have even thought about.  This program offers an awesome opportunity to learn about new aspects of our selves, work through obstacles, and find the motivation to achieve new levels of health and wellness.

Vicki Gerberich, Certified Nutrition Therapist

As a Nutrition Therapist and fitness coach, Vicki educates her clients in the science of eating green and the art of living well, helping your to understand how your daily habits and life stresses influence the quality of your health and happiness.  She will help you untangle the web of confusion around food, health and diet -  guiding you on your way to wellness!


Anna Bray, Certified Life Coach

As a professional and experienced coach, she has earned degrees and certifications from the University of Missouri, the Life Purpose Institute and New Ventures West. She currently lives in Chicago and has over a decade of work experience in both corporate and non-profit organizations. 

She is a member of the International Coach Federation and her clients include professionals, entrepreneurs and young adults who are looking to make life changes, career changes or enhance current skills.
